A weekly data recap of 181 graded US employers on the JobCop Live Transparency Ledger as of October 24, 2026.
As of October 24, 2026, the JobCop Live Transparency Ledger tracks 181 graded US employers. Across this entire cohort, the average transparency score sits at 64.2 out of 100. Over the past seven days, candidates filed zero anonymous reports, and zero new cases were opened with Dep.
The Data Baseline
A baseline score of 64.2 out of 100 across 181 employers represents the current state of tracked US hiring processes. When candidates submit applications, they are navigating a landscape where responsiveness and clarity remain inconsistent across industries. Understanding where an employer falls on a 100-point scale helps applicants manage expectations before submitting resumes or investing hours into screening rounds.
In the past seven days, report activity remained quiet, with zero anonymous candidate reports submitted to the platform and zero cases officially opened for investigation. Despite the lack of fresh filings over the past week, the existing metrics across all 181 graded organizations provide a clear picture of who is maintaining candidate-friendly hiring standards and who is lingering at the bottom of the stack.
Lower Tier Transparency Grades
The bottom of the ledger features companies operating at or near the lowest recorded transparency scores in our current index. These organizations currently hold grades hovering right at or slightly above the 50-point mark out of 100. When an employer scores in the low 50s, candidates often face unpredictable timeline expectations.
Simpleventures and Picktrace tie for the lowest position on the ledger, each holding a transparency score of 50 out of 100. Close behind them is Collabora with a score of 51. Epsilon3 holds a score of 52, while Cority and Clickhouse sit just above with matching transparency scores of 53 out of 100. Specific ghost rates and median response days for these organizations remain unavailable in the current tracking data, but their overall index scores reflect room for improvement in candidate communication.
Higher Tier Transparency Grades
At the upper end of the spectrum, several employers have established scores substantially above the national average of 64.2. While no employer on the current ledger reaches a perfect score, the top tier demonstrates higher alignment with standard transparency expectations.
Four companies currently share the highest score on the ledger at 75 out of 100: Supplyhouse, Koboldmetals, Pindropsecurity, and Css. Slightly below them are Discord and Codeandtheory, both maintaining a transparency score of 74 out of 100. Securing a score in the mid-70s separates these organizations from the broader aggregate average, setting the current benchmark for tracked US employers.
